In this course, you will learn the basis of nutrition, how to effectively read a nutrition label, and how to transfer these skills to your grocery shopping experience.
Learn basic relaxation techniques, including breath exercises and mindfulness, and meditation techniques to reduce stress, anxiety, and tension, and activate the rest, relax, and restore mechanism of the parasympathetic nervous system.
Find adventure in the kitchen while learning to cook healthy, low-cost meals. We will have a hands-on cooking class that will be fun for any level cook and will teach you some tricks to cooking healthy and flavorfully.
